What Happened

Moor alters the Cohort Chamber, where he, and the volunteers, will go on the day they are to become immortal. These alterations include new conduit runs, a coupling between the second chamber and the third, revised tolerances.

Consequences

Catastrophic system failure resulting in the explosions recorded in The Machine.
