Miscellaneous Updates
Languages: None of the languages presented in the core rules are available in Veylantia. The most widely used language in Veylantia is Valorian. Use this in place of Common. Additional languages include: Braxylian, Gallantian, and Strykaran.
Falling
A fall from a great height is one of the most common hazards facing an adventurer. At the end of a fall, a creature takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it fell, to a maximum of 20d6. The creature lands prone, unless it avoids taking damage from the fall. Additionally, for every 100 feet it fell, it also takes 1d6 wounds, to a maximum of 5d6. The creature can make a Dexterity saving throw to reduce both the damage and the wounds to half. The difficulty of this saving throw is equal to 8 + 1 for every 10 feet fallen (features such as Evasion reduce both damage and wounds to 0).
Level Advancement
Your characters advance in level as follows:
If you are higher than the lowest level member of your adventuring party, you advance at half the rate by which their level increases. For instance, Caius is a level 7 Fighter and Nulk is a level 1 Fighter. When Nulk advances to level 2, Caius does not advance. When Nulk advances to level 3, Caius advances to level 8. When Nulk becomes level 4, Caius does not advance. When Nulk becomes level 5, Caius becomes level 9. And so on.
Spell Updates
- Resilient Sphere: Add this text following the last paragraph, "If the globe targets an unwilling creature, that creature can make a Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, the globe is destroyed without harming anything inside it.

All Feats: Change: Origin Feat to General Feat
- Alert: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Crafter: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Healer: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Lucky: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Magic Initiate: This feat is unavailable.
- Musician: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Savage Attacker: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Skilled: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Tavern Brawler: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Tough: Add: Ability Score Increase. If you are level 4+ when you select this feat, increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
